How to become a good leader, why I choose this topic because I recently
read a book I’m very inspired by that content so I thought I
want to share with you. Leadership is a skill do you want to become a good
leader definitely you should have some qualities. I will share with you one by one,
first of all, I want to ask you some questions who are the leader? , what are the qualities
needed for the leader? the person who moves toward his followers to correct path he/she called The leader. the leader should have qualities
then only the management always grow healthy.
Who is leader
Who is the leader? the person who moves toward his followers to correct path
he/she called the leader. the leader is not a word that word contains a lot of
qualities, leadership is not an easy thing that’s needs self-control. If you
want to become a good leader you need to control yourself first then only you can
control others. The leader always needs to control others, so first of all the
leader has to control himself. The leader should motivate his followers then
only the followers get confidence. Do you want to become a leader you should
improve your skills first?
What will do the leaders
The leaders always take responsibility,
the all leaders should very responsible. For example in the cricket team
captain take full responsibility for the whole match then the match will be won that
victory has to share with his team. At the same time, the match will lose that responsible must taken by the captain. Here leadership
is the very toughest thing. Another example is the organization the manager has to take all responsibility for the whole organization. Any mistakes happen in that organization that full
responsibility has to take by that manager. The leaders always are responsible
always it's a most important thing.
Understand your
followers
The leader must understand their
followers, then only solve their problem if you want to become a good leader
you should try to understand your follower's problems then you have to solve them.
Here you have been more responsible, anything happened wrong in your organization or your team don’t criticize
and don’t punish your follower try to understand their problem always it is most
important thing.
Be honesty always
If you are a manager in your organization
or if your leader in your team you should be honesty always. Because honesty always a good sign for the leader.
the leader should more responsible and
should be an honest person.
Decision making
Decision-making is the most important
thing in leadership. the gain or lose depending also the decisions, the
decision making is a skill. The decision making it is an important one always
so don’t take your decisions own, always discuss with your subordinates then
only you will clarify your decisions. Good decisions always keep good
leadership.
Qualities of good
leader
The leaders have some good qualities
then only he/she will become great leaders.
1. Self control- self-control is the most important quality
for a leader. then only the leadership will good
2. Planning
- Planning is the most important
thing in leadership anything going to do, before that you should plan very
well.
3. Decision making skill – The leader should have
decision-making skills then only the management will grow stronger.
4. Understanding ability - The leader should understand the problems of
his followers and his management, and the leader should improve their skills.
5. Maturity – The leader should have maturity
then only he/she make good decisions.
