How to make healthy sleep, why I choose this topic because
recently I read a book, I got a very good knowledge about sleeping from there, So
I thought I want to share this with you. sleep is the most important one you
already know that you didn’t sleep very well you can’t do any work energetically.
Here I want to share my personal experience,
before few months I was worked in a hypermarket as a cashier. That was a part-time
job, so my duty schedule was evening 4:30 to 10:30. My return time was always 11.00 and my bedtime was 12.00 to 12:30 approximately. So, I didn’t get good
sleep. That’s why I didn’t wake up early morning. That time I feel very bad
about my health condition. I practically get good knowledge about sleep. So sleeping
is the most important one.
Why we are sleeping
Why we are sleeping? You can say because of tired. Not
only the tiredness the particular hormone also helps you for making sleep. The hormone
name is ‘Melatonin’ at the time of releasing melatonin we will sleep This is happening
behind in sleep. This particular hormone will release only during sleeping time,
try to sleep only dark place then only the melatonin will be released.
Time for sleep
The time sleeping is approximately 10.00 to 12.00pm this
is the correct timing for getting good sleep. Try to sleep that time that always helps to get good sleep.
Dos and don’ts before going to bed

What should do before going to bed, this most important thing you have
to do. Don’t use cellphones and laptops before going to bed. Because while
looking into the screen, eyes taking strain and the blue lights producing by
cellphone and laptop screens. They control melatonin production so don’t use
cell phones and laptops before going to bed.

Don’t use caffine items like coffee, tea, etc. before going to bed that’s will control melatonin
production.

You can take a good bath before going to bed that’s will control body heat.

Food is the most important thing before going to bed. Your dinner always should
lite that also helps you for good sleeping.

Read some books before going to bed, I suggest you only self-development
books that are always better.

Meditation can help for getting good sleep, the
mediation can help to reduce your stress so you can get good sleep. Meditation
will calm your mind so you can feel very good after the meditation. So try to
meditate before going to bed Try to make a habit.
How many hours you have to sleep
How many hours you have to sleep, is the most
important one. You should sleep seven to nine hours then only you will more
energetic, and your hormones will function correctly so try to sleep nine hours.
Good sleep will give more energy so try to make good
sleep, try to avoid using cellphones and laptops, pc, television, etc. use only lite dress before going to bed, and
try to meditate before going to bed, dinner always should lite it always helps
to good digestion. Read some books before going to bed.
